Practical Information |
| Fitness: |
| • Good physical condition is
enough. • Family Trekking with old people & children is possible. • Begin cycling, jogging, long walk up & down hill is recommended before coming to Nepal for Trekking. |
| Tourist Visa: |
| • A Visa is required to enter
Nepal. (other than Indian Nationals) • Visa could be obtained from the Royal Nepalese Embassy or Consulate or at the First Entry point in Nepal. • There is no provision of on arrival visa for Chinese citizen. • Two passport size photos are mandatory for visa on arrival. • First Single entry Visa for 60 days: US $ 30 per person. • Visitors who are entering into Nepal second time and thereafter within the same visa year (Jan-Dec) , single entry for 30 days: US $ |
| TIA Airport Tax |
| • All the passengers flying out from Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu should pay NRs. 1100 (US $ 15 abr) |
| What to bring: |
| • Plan to Travel light. • Good Trekking Boots • Sleeping bag (It is possible to hire Sleeping bags & down jackets in Kathmandu ) • Loose & light clothing recommended while visiting the lower parts in Spring & Autumn. |
| Trekking Guide & Porters: |
| • Trained, licensed & experienced
English speaking Trekking Guide. • One experienced & insured porter for two Trekkers provided. He will carry 25 Kg. only. |
| Medical Advice: |
| • Medicine is usually not available
in remote villages. • Please carry necessary medicine on the treks prescribed by your doctor at home. • Injection recommended against Typhoid, Meningitis & Hepatitis. • Malaria is not a problem in high areas. • Personal medical insurance recommended. |
| Season: |
| • March – May: nice &
warm days with blooming Rhodedendron. (national flower) • June – August: Hot & rainy days. • September – November: Stunning mountain views. • December – February: Cold days & freezing nights. Trekking in high land is difficult due to snow fall but mountain view is crystal clear. Prayer Tour is recommended. |

transfers, Kathmandu Sightseeing & Tours will be arranged by deluxe
Coasters, Luxurious Tourist Bus or Cars with our guide. • All the Trekking land destination drop & pickup will be arranged. • We can arrange Domestic Airlines ticket & Helicopters. |

Camping Treks. • Our chefs are well trained for making various dishes such as Continental, Chinese, Indian, Tibetan, Nepali etc. |

of Hotels from non star to Five Star Deluxe Hotels. • There are neat & clean Tea House Lodges on the Trekking Trails. • We always try our best to book the best Tea House Lodges available on the trail. • We provide clean Tents on Camping Treks. |
